Mr. Kardos is an experienced Arbitrator and Mediator. In 2017, he served as a Mediator/Arbitrator in 142 cases. Since 1989 he has Arbitrated or Mediated over 2,350 cases. He also serves regularly as a Judge Pro Tem in The Philadelphia Court System. Mr. Kardos has been practicing Personal Injury law for 42 years with the first half of his career representing defendants and insurance companies and the second half representing plaintiffs.

Mr. Kardos provides prompt scheduling even in instances that require short notice. We have three convenient locations in Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Regarding fee schedules, Mr. Kardos' bill is divided by the parties equally, for hearing time. There are no scheduling or administrative fees.
